Before Bilbo left home on his first grand adventure in The Hobbit he told his unexpected visitors,

“We are plain quiet folk and have no use for adventures. Nasty disturbing uncomfortable things! Make you late for dinner! I can’t think what anybody sees in them.”

And eventually after returning home from those adventures he is. forever changed. He brought back the boon of his experiences and shared them as a mentor to Frodo saying,

“‘It’s a dangerous business, Frodo, going out of your door. You step into the Road, and if you don’t keep your feet, there is no telling where you might be swept off to.’”

In this session you’ll have time to reflect on what you can now bring back “home” after your grand adventure. I’d love to hear all about it if you want to email me and tell me your story.
